SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS


1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?


We strive to deliver your items promptly. Please double-check your selected model and color before placing an order, as modifications or cancellations cannot be processed once your order is submitted.

Orders are processed within 3-7 business days after placement and shipped the following business day after processing.

 

2. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION:

A tracking confirmation email will be sent once your order ships. Shipping costs are based on package weight and destination. International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

 

3. TRACKING:

As the recipient, you are responsible for: 

  1. Tracking your order.
  2.  Submitting required documents to customs/couriers. Failure to comply may result in returned or undelivered packages. In such cases, we cannot offer refunds or replacements, and you may need to reorder.


4. DELIVERY:

Customs clearance may require additional time/documents, potentially delaying delivery. Packages may be delivered by local post office or courier. If unattended, a delivery notice will instruct pickup details.

 

5. TAXES & DUTIES:

Import fees are determined by your country’s customs office and must be paid by the recipient. For details, contact your local customs authority.

 

6. CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS:

Check your country’s import restrictions before ordering. We are not liable for items prohibited in your region.

 

7. FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES:

Prices are displayed in your local currency but charged in USD. Your bank may apply exchange rates or foreign transaction fees. Contact your bank for details.

 

8. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES:

Contact us immediately to modify/cancel orders. We cannot adjust orders once processing begins. *Note: Packed or shipped orders cannot be canceled.*
