SHIPPING INFORMATION
Note: There are delivery delays in rare instances, where packages may take longer to be delivered than the listed time frame. Unfortunately, it is out of our control and customs may delay deliveries in some instances.
Our hats are handmade with care, and some designs feature hand-painted artwork or require accessories to be prepared on-site. The processing time for your order depends on the quantity of orders we receive daily. Each order takes 3–7 business days to prepare before shipping. Once your order is ready, we will notify you and proceed with shipment. If you are located in North America, it takes around 7-15 days for the order to arrive after the order has been shipped out. For Europe, the approximate shipping time to France and Germany is around 7-10 days, UK 4-7 days, Italy up to 25 days. (So it really depends!)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will only cover shipping if the item is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Due to the larger and heavier boxes, our standard shipping is $9.99 with free shipping on purchases over $149.
Please consider our products are primarily sourced from overseas, which is why it may take some time for delivery. We are not responsible for undelivered packages (due to incorrect addresses). However, we can accommodate for damaged items and packages lost in transit as long as we receive proof (stated in refund section) within 5 days of receiving goods.
